By accessing or using Gage Hound, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Description of Service
Gage Hound is a web-based gage management and calibration tracking tool for manufacturing companies. We provide the software "as is" and may update or modify features at any time.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
4. Subscription and Billing
Gage Hound is offered on a subscription basis at $29.99/month or $299/year. Subscriptions renew automatically. You may cancel at any time from your account settings, effective at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial periods.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not use Gage Hound to store illegal content, attempt to reverse-engineer the software, scrape data programmatically without permission, or interfere with the service's operation.
6. Data Ownership
You own all data you enter into Gage Hound. We do not claim ownership of your gage records, calibration data, or any other content you create. You may export your data at any time.
7. Limitation of Liability
Gage Hound is a record-keeping tool and is not a substitute for professional calibration services or compliance advice. We are not liable for any calibration failures, audit findings, or losses arising from reliance on data in the app. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior 3 months.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting support.
